Scouting in Bedfordshire is divided into nine Districts.  In addition to the three Luton Disticts of Icknield, Lea Valley and Someries the other Districts are Dunstable, Leighton and Linslade, Ampthill and Woburn, Biggleswade, Bedford and Ouse Valley.  The total membership of Groups in the County stands at over 7000.

The County Badge

Bedfordshire County badge (2181 bytes)The County badge shows a red falcon on a gold background.  This version of the badge was introduced in the early 1980s and was phased in over a period of almost ten years.  Prior to the current design, the badge consisted of a silver and later a gold falcon on a green background.
