Icknield Scouts Celebrate 30th Birthday
Spring camp to mark end of birthday year
1st May 1998 -- The highlight of the Icknield District 30th
anniversary celebrations was, without a doubt, our camp at Tolmers over the May Day Bank
Holiday weekend. Apart from an extremely cold Sunday night, the weather was good to
us and every activity was able to happen exactly as planned. All the young people
there had an action-packed programme and all of the feedback has been extremely positive
even to the point of asking when the next one is going to happen!
